What is the F.I.T. Team?
The F.I.T. Team is a free program designed to help the students in our adult classes achieve their fitness goals. The program helps the students become more aware of their nutritional choices. There is a great deal of emphasis placed on the quality of food, rather than the quantity. We like to say, "I'd rather eat a lot of good than a little bad."
F.I.T. Team members work with Sensei Bryan to keep track of their daily food consumption and their measurements and statistics. The program helps our members bring their eating habits to the conscious level.
Members meet regularly with Sensei Bryan to discuss their progress. We know how difficult it can be for an individual to achieve their health and fitness goals. Members don't have to do it alone. Sensei Bryan is very supportive and cares about every member's progress.
This free program is the perfect compliment to our incredible fitness and self-defense classes. The combination of regular exercise and proper nutrition are the key elements in developing the body and healthy lifestyle you desire.
