What is the F.I.T. Team?
The F.I.T. Team stands for Fitness Intervention Training. This is a free nutritional planning program that works in conjunction with the physical training of the adult classes. It was designed to give you clear goals and nutritional advice. You can see tangible results because we take your baseline weight, body fat and other measurements and show you how much you have processed along the way until you reached your goals.This unique program is absolutely free to all of our adult students.
This program is the perfect compliment to our
incredible fitness and self-defense classes. The combination of regular
exercise and proper nutrition are the key elements in developing the
body and healthy lifestyle you desire.
