We focus on the art of Muay Thai, which incorporates offensive skills including kicks, punches, elbows and knees to create fighting and sparring combinations and defensive skills, such as blocking, moving and countering. Each technique worked on in class is directly applicable to sparring and is a building tool to become a better fighter. Muay Thai has three phases with three different colored ranks per level ranging from White to Black.
