Steve Sohn’s Jujitsu Concepts Krav Maga Regional Training Center is a cutting edge, fully equipped, two floor self-defense and fitness studio for the individual or family. We offer programs and classes to suit all different ages from our Children's Karate, Self-Defense and Martial Arts classes, to our highly motivating adult and teen Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing, Israeli Self-Defense Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes, to our slower paced meditative Tai Chi, Chi Gung and Feldenkrais classes. Jujitsu Concepts' KMTC total result-oriented program of self-defense, fitness and family fun is the reason why hundreds of students have made us Westchester's premier Martial Arts Training Center Center. Additionally, we are the ONLY school certified to teach Krav Maga in Westchester County, New York.

For over 20 years, Steve Sohn's Jujitsu Concepts Krav Maga Training Center has been under the direction of former elementary school principal and multi system Black Belt, Sensei Steve Sohn. Sensei Steve is a natural born educator and continues to serve the community by teaching essential skills for both adults and children. The entire team at Jujitsu Concepts has a true passion for the students’ personal successes in achieving their self-defense and fitness goals.
Adults from all over Westchester come to Sensei (instructor) Sohn and his staff to learn survival self-defense skills, to become more physically and mentally fit and to achieve an overall better well being. Adults will almost immediately notice the positive change in their body, mind and most importantly confidence in their new abilities.

For children, self-defense skills are taught in a pleasant and fun environment stressing academic achievement, increased focus, boosting self-confidence and self-esteem. We help children achieve their own personal "Yes I Can” attitude.
Steve Sohn's Jujitsu Concepts Krav Maga Regional Training Center offers flexible scheduling for each program, daily and hourly classes, personal care and training skills appropriate to the age of the student. Additionally, Krav Maga is taught in several formats i.e. Civilian, Law Enforcement, Military, Commando is a battle-field proven alternative and enhancement to Karate, Judo, Aikido, Kung Fu and other traditional martial arts made available to the general public.
